What is the "Power of 13" for MLM?
Multi-Level-Marketing is growing tremendously in 2015 with so many Americans out of work and looking to make a income from home. The influx of New Marketers is opening up the doors for many New programs. And with new programs brings new income for some.
How should you approach MLM??
Take for example the picture above. It has 13 people in the Network. Why 13?? I have found that when people start thinking to big they seem to get lost in the big picture and don't see the benefits of the small picture.
The "Power of 13" is something that I do everyday with my MLM downlines. I try to Teach you that when you look at what you do everyday to focus on helping someone is more important than looking at a Downline of 1000 people. Do you think that most Marketers today are out there trying to get thousands everyday?
No most Marketers focus one person at a time. And that is what this article is about. Helping you to see that by helping one person at a time and Building a Group of 13 people that think and work like you. Then you are learning that you dont have to go out and recruit 100 people into your company or downline in record time. In fact 99% of the time you find yourself getting frustrated and quiting what you started within the first 60 days. Do you know how long it takes to Buildup a Successful Downline Team??
It takes around 60 to 90 days to see any kind of growth. Simply because 98% of Online Marketers give up after 30 days. Why ?
Because they have burnt up the road telling everyone about their program and how wonderful it is and how Successful they will be if they Join you... And by the end of 30 days they have already posted 1000's of post on Facebook telling you how great they are actually doing. And by this time you have already turned off the radar and locked them out.
So how do you keep from burning the bridges and having people lock you out??
By learning how to properly connect to people and not pushing your program on to them. There are lots of interesting articles out there that will help you learn how to build relationships. Remember this not a Sprint it is a Marathon. And if you want to be Successful in any Business you have to plan for the long haul. That is why I have worked hard to focus on helping 13 people work together as a Team to make sure they can function together and help each other.
How does the "Power of 13" work in today's market??
Looking at this example again we see 13 people in the Top 3 Levels. When you can help 3 people come into your program and teach them how to bring in 3 of their own you have in fact formed a Downline Club. How you teach them to do as you are doing is up to you. There are numerous ways to Build a Team or a Downline Club. But for illustration purpose's I am only using 13 to show you that in most programs with a good pay or commission structure you can in fact make a good income from it.
First off the thing I consider is how much does the program cost. How do they pay out. When do they pay out. these are some things that you have to consider when you are Building this kind of Team. I like to find others that have affordable programs meaning they could be from $5 to $50 at the most. And they have to have a proven record of payments and on time.
In the example up above it is wise to not try and put people into your program right away. Why ?
Because if you are gathering 13 people together for this, you want to find out what type of program they are bringing into the group. And it gives you time to plan out how they will rotate in the program.
For example in the picture from above you are the Leader. And you are getting people together for your Team. You would be wise to create a Group page on maybe Facebook or a Group on +Google to bring others in to make the Team. And explain to them that you will be joining their program also.
To be able to make the "Power of 13" work you have take the person at the Top which is you and once everyone is under you in the order which you choose. I usually do mine by cost of program. Simply because if you start out at the high price programs most people wont join. Now if you use low cost or mid-cost programs then everyone has the ability to join. By doing it with low cost it gives the team time to buildup money for the next program. I like doing ones that have Pay-it-Forward. Those are the ones that can help you build a foundation quickly.
If the example up above say I had 12 people under me or had decided to work with me and Build a Downline Club. If you organize peoples programs so that once the whole team has joined the #1 person then they move down to the bottom. Whether you move them from left to right or right to left does not matter. So for instance I choose to move mine from right to left the organization would look like this.
If I am the first person to start my team off I want to make sure I do it with a program that is FREE to Earn or very-very low cost. Why? Because the person that come in last might be not able to afford to keep paying or putting money into others programs til we get to his/hers. So I like to keep the first few low or no cost money makers. Hopefully your team as it rotates use's a Pay-it-Forward or someway to be able to help the last ones come in and be able to make money. That is the reason FREE programs or ones that pay you to Join are Great when Building your Team.
Once the Top person moves back down to the bottom of your group they can begin to help others in front of them also.

Once everyone under me has Joined and we are complete. I will move down to the #13 spot. meaning that I will joining under (Al#2) program. And then that makes(Al#1) and moves everyone up or over one. Like (Albe) was #3 now he is (Albe#2) and he is next is in line to be #1. This type of team work is how you make money Online.
We all know that everyone has some kind of program they want people in so they can make money online. And with team work everyone can participate and make good money.
